What Is Custom Cut & Sew?

Instead of decorating someone else's blank, you're building your own garment from the ground up. You pick the fabric, the fit, the colorway, the construction details — we handle the pattern-making, sampling, and full production run in our Los Angeles facility.

This is how brands create pieces that are truly theirs. Not a print on a generic blank — a garment designed and manufactured to your exact specs.

Inquiry
Tell us what you're building. Share sketches, reference images, fabric ideas — whatever you have. We'll talk through what's possible and give you a clear quote.

Sample
We create a production-ready sample based on your specs. Sampling starts at $200–$250 and includes everything needed to move into production.

Production
Once you approve the sample, we cut and sew your full order in our LA facility. Turnaround is 2–4 weeks depending on quantity and complexity.

Delivery
Finished garments shipped directly to you — labeled, tagged, and ready to sell.

Sample cost: $200–$250, which covers your production-ready sample and everything needed to go into manufacturing.

If your design is based on an existing OTL style, the per-unit cost is usually only $1–$3 different from the catalog price.
